Joining Customs & Border Protection (CBP) will allow you to utilize your expertise in assisting policy makers in developing evaluating analyzing and interpreting policies to resolve complex problems of agency wide significance and impact. This position starts at a salary of $89508.00 (GS-12 Step 1) to $138370.00 (GS-13 Step 10). In this Management and Program Analyst position you will become a key team member of Homeland Security professionals involved in a wide-range of projects and studies involving broad and in-depth analysis and evaluation of unclear related facts practices and issues to enhance operational effectiveness efficiency and productivity for major aspects of substantive mission-orientated programs; developing detailed plans goals and objectives for the short and long-range implementation of programs and developing criteria for evaluating their effectiveness; and analyzing and formulating organizational requirements for resource management of information and to support mission requirements.
