Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Remote Proofreader to join our team at FDR Financial Group. As a Proofreader you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of all written materials produced by our organization. This is a remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and proofread various types of content including financial reports market updates marketing materials and internal communications
- Identify and correct spelling grammar punctuation and formatting errors
- Ensure consistency in language style and tone across all written materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and produce high-quality content
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall content quality
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a proofreader or copy editor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of English grammar and punctuation
- Proficiency in using proofreading tools and software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in proofreading or editing roles
- Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
