Ironside Restoration is currently seeking an Online Chat Representative to join our team. As an Online Chat Representative you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat assisting customers with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests through online chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in an online chat or digital customer support environment.
