Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assist with escalated customer concerns and find satisfactory resolutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and orders
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives to enhance customer service performance

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using customer service software and systems
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management principles

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with handling escalated customer situations
  • Background in the restoration industry is a plus
