The Catholic Diocese of Crookston seeks a full-time Cook/Foodservice Manager in Crookston MN. The full-time Cook/Foodservice Manager will assist with all aspects of foodservice for daily meals retreats and special events at the Pastoral Center (620 Summit Ave Crookston).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position (M-F) that requires occasional evening and weekend work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or experience in culinary arts.
Experience with menu planning including accommodations to allergens.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional understanding of cooking and foodservice management and an aptitude for customer service. Excellent managerial skills and the ability to communicate with personnel and stakeholders effectively. Excellent organizational skills are desired.
