Goshen Physicians is hiring an Audiologist to join our ENT Speech & Audiology team. This is a full-time position. Were looking for a passionate provider to work in a team-centered collaborative environment. This office sees a high-volume of referral patients from our network of Primary Family Practice clinics across northcentral Indiana. Patients range from all ages presenting multiple needs for care.

Candidate Requirements:
- Doctor of Audiology Degree in Audiology
- Licensed in Indiana
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Additional certificates and licensures based on hearing device or vestibular services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred
- Complete age-appropriate diagnostic hearing exams
- Identifies tests diagnoses and manages various human hearing needs
- Potential for Hearing Device Management
- Potential for Vestibular Assessment
- Proficiency in utilizing and maintaining accurate patient records
- Provide appropriate written reports and progress notes
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
