The Department of General Services (DGS) Bureau of Facilities Management (BFM) is a customer-focused organization whose primary function is to provide a quality environment for the approximately 75 state agencies that occupy the facilities overseen by DGS which includes over 40 buildings and about 6.45 million square feet of buildings and grounds at the seat of government. OFM strives to ensure tenants enjoy a clean safe efficient and comfortable environment in and around the buildings it manages.
We are looking for qualified professional Housekeepers who take pride in keeping the workplace a clean safe & healthy environment for our tenants and visitors. These positions will provide excellent cleaning and custodial services for the new General Assembly Building located in downtown Richmond Virginia. The positions are full-time and the normal work hours for this position are 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
