Aladdin Client Transformation (ACT)leads global implementations of Aladdin and related solutionshigh-profile initiatives that redefine investment organizations. These transformations focus as much on process and change management as on technology and investments helping clients achieve strategic goals such as streamlining operations integrating teams unifyinganalyticsand risk reporting and modernizing investment processes.
As anAccounting Implementations Vice President you will drive onboarding of new business onto our accounting platform. This role involves collaborating with clients to define requirements design tailored solutions and leverage BlackRocks capabilities to deliver impactful outcomes. With advanced technology and strong organizational supportyoullhave the tools and freedom to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.

Have a solid understanding of investment accounting across fixed income equity derivatives and alternative assets.
Bring experience implementing accounting solutions for asset managers or asset owners including insurance companiesasa consultantorfor your organization.
Are an investment or performance accounting professional with hands-on experience closing monthly bookseither for your organization or on behalf of clients.
Deliver Aladdin Accounting implementations for investment performance and shadow accounting aligned with client objectives
Develop project plans with clear milestones and drive execution through collaboration and consensus.
Provide leadership across all phases of the implementation lifecycle working closely with client management and project teams.
Lead system deployments configure portfoliosusing accounting elections initialize/review positions (Book Carry Market values) resolve exceptions andfinalizefinancial impact.
Working knowledge of financial instrumentsfixed income equity derivativesand application of investment and performance accounting concepts to these assets.
Learn Aladdin workflows and train clients on monthly close processes.
Apply understanding of investment accounting standards (localGAAPandIFRS)to design configure and validatemultibasisaccounting solutions.
Enhance implementationmethodologyand partner with product/development teams to refine platform capabilities
Occasional travel may be.
6years of experience in investment accounting performance consulting software implementation or managingsoftwareimplementation projects ideally with exposure toMulti-GAAPAccounting
Strongknowledge ofAsset managementor Investmentaccountingperformanceorattribution
Strongworking knowledge of International GAAP/IFRS French GAAP or other statutoryaccountingframeworks and ability to apply these standards pragmatically in operational and system configuration contexts
Experience interpreting accounting policiesand standardsand translatingtheminto system behaviour configurations andclientspecificworkflows
Well-organized with the ability to manage priorities effectively. Client-focused with a passion for providing high-qualityservice.
Thrives in ahighintensityfastpacedenvironment and enjoys working with diverse teams to solve complex problems.
