Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in Java (backend) and React (frontend) to design develop and maintain scalable high-performance web applications. This role involves building secure user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services that support enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver seamless digital solutions enhance system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards contributing to business growth and technological innovation.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Java (Java 8) Spring Boot Hibernate for backend development
  • Redux JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 CSS3 for frontend development
  • SQL databases (Oracle PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
  • Git for version control
  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins GitHub Actions Bitbucket pipelines
  • Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)

• Preferred:

  • Cloud deployment platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
  • Frontend UI libraries and frameworks (Material UI Bootstrap)
  • Automated testing tools for frontend (Jest Enzyme) and backend services

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Hibernate ensuring secure and efficient APIs.
• Build responsive interactive web applications with adhering to UX/UI best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define technical specifications and deliver integrated solutions.
• Optimize application performance for responsiveness and stability across browsers and devices.
• Write clean maintainable and reusable code; conduct code reviews and unit testing.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployments and improve quality assurance processes.
• Integrate applications with third-party systems and enterprise data sources securely and reliably.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies industry trends and best practices recommending improvements.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience working in agile teams integrating with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Industry experience in finance banking or trading technologies is preferred.
• Alternative pathways: Extensive full stack development experience with a focus on Java and React in enterprise systems.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design implement and optimize backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop dynamic responsive front-end features with ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews unit testing and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers UI/UX designers QA and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage source code repositories and optimize build/deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance security and scalability implementing upgrades and best practices.
• Participate actively in sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives to align goals and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in Java (Oracle Certified Professional) or React/Frontend technologies are a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Java and React solutions.
