The Role
Teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Promoting high standards of food hygiene safety and organisation
Supporting pupils with coursework and controlled assessments
Encouraging creativity independence and confidence in practical work
Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Food Technology Hospitality Nutrition or a related subject
Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4
Strong knowledge of food safety hygiene regulations and practical assessment
Good classroom and behaviour management skills
A positive organised and approachable teaching style
Willingness to work collaboratively within a supportive department
