About the role:
As a Paid Media Buyer you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple brands and markets. This role is hands-on and performance-driven focused on scaling user acquisition through paid channels while maintaining strong control over budgets KPIs and ROI. You will work directly with Head of Acquisition and closely with the other acquisition team members analytics and product teams to ensure effective and compliant campaign delivery.

What youll do:
Plan launch and optimize paid media and Black Hat campaigns across key channels including programmatic (RTB)DSPs PPC social media and native advertising
Manage day-to-day media buying activities across multiple GEOs brands and funnels (prospecting retargeting reactivation)
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on core KPIs such as CPA FTDs ROAS LTV and retention metrics
Conduct ongoing testing of creatives audiences traffic sources and bidding strategies to drive scalable growth
Analyze market trends competitor activity and traffic quality to identify new opportunities and risks
Manage allocated media budgets efficiently ensuring optimal pacing and maximum return on ad spend
Manage and maintain cloaking systems (e.g. Palladium or similar) and set up White Pages
Conduct campaign warm-ups manage budgets efficiently and analyze traffic performance
Collaborate with internal teams (design analytics product compliance) to align campaigns with brand regulatory and business objectives
Work with external partners platforms and vendors to negotiate terms test new traffic sources and scale winning setups
Ensure all paid media activities comply with local regulations platform policies and industry best practices
Prepare regular performance reports and insights providing clear recommendations for optimization and scaling
What we expect from you:
Minimum of 23 years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing preferably within online gaming or affiliate-driven environments
Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels such as programmatic (RTB) DSPs Black Hat ( Meta and Google ) Google Ads social platforms native networks or similar
Proven track record of managing performance-driven campaigns with clear KPI ownership (CPA FTD ROI)
Solid analytical skills and confidence working with data dashboards and reporting tools
Good understanding of funnels attribution models and traffic quality evaluation
Experience working across multiple markets and adapting strategies to GEO-specific requirements
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive test-and-learn mindset
High level of ownership accountability and attention to details
