Vetmigo is a staffing and consulting company specialising in veterinary healthcare. We collaborate with clinics and animal hospitals all over Sweden and help match the right veterinarian to the right assignment with a strong focus on quality sustainability and long-term cooperation.
We are currently looking for EU-licensed veterinarians who want to work as consultants at veterinary clinics and animal hospitals across Sweden during the summer period. This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience earn well and enjoy everything Sweden has to offer in the summer.
As a consultant veterinarian with Vetmigo you get a secure employment under Swedish collective agreements a competitive salary with holiday pay and flexible assignments with the possibility to work full-time or part-time. You will have a varied and stimulating workday at different clinics opportunities to develop your skills and broaden your experience and the possibility to influence your schedule and assignments while combining work with travel in Sweden during the summer.
We know that working in another country can feel like a big step so we help you throughout the entire process. We provide guidance on obtaining a Swedish veterinary license and assist you with instructions and documentation for applying via Jordbruksverket the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
We also support you with practical matters such as finding accommodation understanding the Swedish work system and preparing for your assignment before arrival.
We believe you are a veterinarian who is licensed within the EU for example in Poland the Czech Republic or another EU country. You enjoy working in different clinical environments are adaptable and comfortable learning new routines and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and animal owners. You have good knowledge of English which is essential for the role and you are curious humble and motivated to develop professionally. Knowledge of Swedish is not required to apply.
The employment can be full-time or part-time. The scope and schedule are shaped in dialogue with you based on your preferences and our clients needs. The positions are primarily summer assignments with the possibility of extension.
