With rapid growth and a bold roadmap ahead were expanding our marketing team and looking for a B2B Performance & ABM Marketer whos ready to evolve. We are mainly looking for someone located in Sweden Finland or the Netherlands.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer with a B2B SaaS background who has a track record on ABM campaigns conversion optimization (whether paid organic or website) and wants to grow beyond and own the full demand generation journey from awareness to pipeline from acquisition to expansion.

The role offers incredibly high flexibility and the team is fully onboard with an AI-first mindset building vibe-coded creative campaigns running thought-leadership ads across various ICP tiers and building workflows for signals and intent-driven outbound sequences... You name it! This is a fabulous playground for learning growth and impact!


What Youll Lead and Grow

  • ABM Execution: Design and execute industry and ICP-tier (ABM 1:1 perhaps) based campaigns targeting strategic accounts across multiple channels aligned with sales. The industries ICP and even campaign messaging are defined even.

  • Paid & Organic Campaigns: Work with a performance marketing agency and take ownership of paid media (LinkedIn Google Bing) and organic strategy with a sharp eye on CAC and conversion. Youll craft and scale campaigns that fuel our pipeline. ABM or otherwise.

  • Website Strategy & CRO: Lead website optimization with a focus on buyer journeys messaging alignment and conversion rates. Youll ensure our most important asset performs like a growth engine.

  • Intent-based outreach strategy: Build workflows signal-based strategies alongside RevOps to support sales with being effective on their outbound strategy.

  • Performance Insights: Own tracking dashboards and reporting. Use data to drive decisions align with sales and show marketings impact on revenue.

What You Bring

  • 6 years in B2B performance or demand generation roles ideally in B2B. Even better if theres track record in selling to IT audience (CIOs IT leaders Enterprise Architects)

  • Proven track record in ABM campaign success and collaboration with sales

  • Experience with paid media management and campaign optimization

  • Hands-on experience with website CRO landing pages and funnel analytics

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot)

  • Analytical thinker who thrives on iteration KPIs and business impact

  • A proactive mindset you own results and arent afraid to challenge the playbook

  • Excellent written and spoken English

Bonus additions

  • Experience in integration tech (iPaaS API management automation)

  • Familiarity with AEO/SEO A/B testing tools or tools like Storylane

  • Interest in AI-driven marketing technologies and how they shape demand

Logistics: We are mainly looking for a person who is located in Sweden Finland or the Netherlands. Frends has offices in Stockholm Sweden and Espoo Finland (HQ) so ideally you could visit the local office regularly too.

Additional Information

  • The start is flexible according to your situation.

  • You will report to the Fractional CMO and maintain close collaboration with the rest of the marketing and sales teams.

  • Our recruitment process includes around four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process you will meet at least our People Integrator our CMO and a Marketing team member and the CRO. Case study and reference checks are also included.
