The Opportunity
At Monash University Accommodation we support a vibrant residential community of approximately 3000 students across 13 residential communities. The Associate Director Residential Support plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping the residential experience through high-quality management of policies processes and community standards that underpin safe supportive and enriching on-campus living.
Working in a complex fast-paced environment you will guide strategic and operational initiatives that enhance student wellbeing belonging and personal development in a community context. This includes oversight of critical incident management behavioural and welfare support and the design of support programs and initiatives grounded in best practice for emerging adults predominantly in the age group of 17 - 25. Your leadership will help create inclusive resilient communities that empower students to thrive.
