OTE: 60000
Hours: 1 in 3 Saturdays
Driving: Full UK driving licence and own car required plus access to pool cars

The opportunity
We are recruiting a Sales Manager to lead and drive performance within a busy market leading estate agency business in Staines upon Thames. This is a hands on role combining instruction generation deal leadership and day to day team management ideal for someone who can motivate others while consistently delivering results themselves.
Key responsibilities
Lead daily sales activity setting standards pace and focus across the branch
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets across instructions exchanges and income
Drive instruction opportunities through proactive market engagement pipeline management and relationship building
Carry out market appraisals and valuations converting opportunities into new instructions
Oversee applicant management viewings and negotiations to maximise offer quality and agreed price
Manage offers from first negotiation through to sale agreed ensuring robust qualification and clear next steps
Maintain strong sales progression reducing fall throughs and improving time to exchange and completion
Coach and develop team members through regular one to ones feedback and on the job support
Ensure CRM accuracy reporting and compliance standards are met at all times
Build effective relationships with mortgage advisers conveyancers and key local contacts to grow revenue
What we are looking for
Proven estate agency sales experience with a strong record of generating instructions and closing deals
Confident conducting valuations and winning business in a competitive market
Natural leader with the ability to coach motivate and hold people to account
Commercially minded target driven and highly organised
Full UK driving licence and own car required with confidence driving for appointments
Whats on offer
