A leading engineering and manufacturing company serving the hard rock and underground mining sector is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to manage and grow business in the Rustenburg region.
This role requires a strong technical sales background and the ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an established customer base in the Rustenburg area
- Develop new business opportunities and increase market share
- Provide technical advice and solution-based selling to customers
- Conduct site visits customer meetings and product presentations
- Prepare quotations proposals and follow up on orders
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to ensure service delivery
Requirements- Proven experience in technical sales (mining/industrial environment preferred)
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and provide application guidance
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel locally
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
