Description The Custodial Project Manager oversees custodial operations and special cleaning projects across educational facilities to ensure a safe clean and healthy learning environment for students faculty and staff. This role manages custodial teams coordinates large-scale cleaning initiatives ensures compliance with health and safety standards and partners with school administrators and facilities leadership to support campus operations.
Compensation:$75000.00 - $80000.00 / annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Responsibilities- Plan coordinate and manage custodial projects across educational facilities (classrooms restrooms gyms cafeterias dorms and administrative buildings)
- Lead and supervise custodial supervisors and staff including scheduling training and performance management
- Manage special projects such as deep cleaning floor care programs summer cleanouts event setup/teardown and post-construction cleaning
- Ensure compliance with school district state and federal health safety and sanitation standards
- Develop project timelines staffing plans and work scopes to meet academic calendars and operational deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to maintain cleanliness and service standards
- Coordinate with facilities maintenance vendors and school leadership on project needs and priorities
- Monitor supply usage equipment maintenance and custodial budgets
- Address service issues respond to urgent needs and implement corrective action plans
- Prepare reports on project progress staffing safety incidents and quality metrics
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- 35 years of custodial or facilities management experience preferably in an educational or institutional setting
- Prior experience managing custodial teams and large-scale cleaning projects
- Strong knowledge of custodial processes equipment chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple buildings or campuses
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in K12 school districts colleges or universities
- Knowledge of infection control standards green cleaning practices and OSHA guidelines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
