Principal Accountabilities
- Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
- Work around slippery surfaces and moving mechanical equipment
- Operate in warm or cool conditions depending on assigned area
- Ability to stand walk or sit for the duration of the shift
- Ability to climb stairs regularly
- Ability to read and record temperatures using a thermometer
- Communicate professionally with production and management teams
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read write and speak English
- Ability to perform basic math: addition subtraction multiplication and division
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including production and management
- Previous experience using a computer for data entry or documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Cargill experience
- Food safety knowledge or prior work in a food production environment
