We need you for:

Driving digital initiatives in Finance including automation and workflow optimization
Building and optimizing dashboards and KPI reporting with the Head of Finance to support data-driven decision-making
Serving as the Single Point of Contact for all technical ERP and FP&A systemrelated inquiries
Improving processes across Accounting Controlling and Finance Reporting
Collaborating with IT Operations and other departments to shape a futureready Finance systems landscape and support the Finance Next strategy

Your profile:

Degree in Business Administration (Finance Controlling Accounting or similar)
Several years of professional experience in Controlling Accounting or Finance Process Management
Strong understanding of Finance processes and solid ERP system know-how (e.g. BMD Business Central or similar)
Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking
Project management experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge Finance and IT effectively
