As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will transform complex healthcare datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. As a Senior Associate you will manage and analyze intricate data guiding junior team members while building meaningful client connections. This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance your analytical skills and contribute to innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Experience managing data science and analytics teams

- Proficiency in SQL Alteryx Python and R

- Building predictive models and data-led tools

- Designing and conducting healthcare experiments

- Developing dashboards using Tableau Power BI or Looker
