We are looking for a Voice Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of these key voice platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure SIP routing improvements and optimize call flows.
Develop and maintain communication frameworks and voice services.
Provide pre-sales support for voice services.
Contribute to technical improvements across products and platforms.
Perform support and operational tasks including service provisioning for clients.
Analyze SIP traces and call flows to optimize performance and correct errors.
Enhance the architecture of voice platforms.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and report or suggest enhancements.
Work with Asterisk for IVR configuration development and optimization.
Configure trunks and dial plans.
Work with databases and Linux server environments including basic command-line operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a telecom/operator environment.
Independent user of English (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of voice technologies VoIP and communication platforms including Asterisk.
Experience in service development and maintenance using company-standard programming languages (Python / PHP).
Experience with monitoring tools and databases (SQL Server MariaDB)
Experience working in Agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of Linux tools such as tcpdump sngrep ngrep grep and Wireshark.
Shell scripting skills.
Familiarity with Linux and Ubuntu server environments.
