Job Summary

HARD STOP - VASCULAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: CVOR experience required; Vascular (Open and Endovascular) experience required); Patient Diagnoses also include - coronary artery disease Aortic aneurysm/dissection Heart Valve disease Afib Lung cancer Pericardial effusion Ratio / Census: Not specified Unit Systems: Epic Pyxis Scrub Color: Provided by the facility RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every other weekend unless noted otherwise Floating: Yes within the facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: Depends on the shift worked; 10-12 days per month including 2 full weekends Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. *Pre-Screen* Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. Locals Accepted - Same Rate Please Note: Number of Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment)
