Job Description

We are looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultants to support an ongoing AMS engagement. The role requires strong functional ownership with solid technical understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules particularly Core HR Talent Management and Recruitment (ORC).

The consultant will handle production support enhancements configurations integration support and ongoing system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide AMS support for Oracle HCM Cloud environments
Handle Core HR Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules
Perform functional configurations setups and change requests
Support incident management root cause analysis and issue resolution
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and propose solutions
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations reports and data issues
Support quarterly Oracle patches and regression testing
Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant
Hands-on expertise in:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Experience in AMS / post-production support engagements
Good understanding of HCM data model security roles and workflows
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
Strong communication skills (client-facing role)

Nice to Have

Experience supporting US-based HCM implementations
Exposure to integrations (HCM Extracts HDL REST/SOAP APIs)
Prior onsite experience with business stakeholders
