About the Role:
Active Wirral is seeking a professional candidate to support the Operations and Compliance Manager in ensuring Active Wirral facilities and work is delivered in a safe and inclusive manner.
Our facilities welcome thousands of visitors each week and were committed to ensuring every experience is not only enjoyable but also meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
In this role youll be the guardian of our compliance standards and the driving force behind our training programmes. Youll make sure our teams are confident capable and compliant so our customers can focus on enjoying their time with us. Your work will directly protect the wellbeing of our visitors and staff while helping us maintain our reputation as a trusted leisure provider.
About the Candidate:
This is an exciting opportunity and the successful candidate will be professional ambitious accountable and resident focused delivering a high standard of customer service to leisure centres and users along with all other stakeholders.
