The role centres on generating new instructions carrying out valuations and supporting the performance of the residential sales team. This position suits a confident property professional who enjoys building client relationships and increasing business levels.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
• Securing quality listings at appropriate fees and prices
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the residential sales department
• Motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve targets
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Monitoring pipeline and performance activity
• Contributing to business growth and local market presence
