As a Quality Review engineer on the team one should review the cases submitted by the L1 support team for adherence to quality framework communication guidelines and accurate technical troubleshooting and resolution - Understanding the technical support cases with a high degree of technical complexity for Google Ads products expected to perform QC for all the products on the Buy side. - Ability to troubleshoot/debug/reproduce user issues in-code and develop examples to prove functionality or lack thereof - Perform case review of technical support cases resolved by the L1 support team by verifying against the quality standards & communication framework - Report on quality metrics and trends to identify root causes of defects and areas for process improvement. Present findings to stakeholders - Minimum Qualifications:- Excellent Communication Skills (English Writing & Speaking) - Versant Score of >60 - 5-6 years coding/technical support experience in Java (SOAP/REST API s)SQLUnix/Linux - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Preferred Qualifications:- Good to have knowledge on Google Ads API - Knowledge on gRPC - Good knowledge of Google sheets - Good to have knowledge Python Perl Ruby and PHP - Thorough understanding of the online advertising ecosystem.
