Job Summary

Title: Project Scheduler

Location: Cleveland OH

Travel: Limited to project sites for updates and coordination

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Scheduler with experience supporting civil and commercial construction projects. This role works closely with PMs Superintendents and field teams to build update and maintain project schedules.

Projects include ground-up construction site development utilities concrete structures and civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6.
Update schedules weekly based on field progress and coordination meetings.
Analyze schedule deviations and support Time Impact Analysis.
Work with PMs/Supers to track activities durations sequences and critical paths.
Prepare schedule reports for leadership and clients.
Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
Support forecasting and overall project planning.

Key Qualifications

2 4 years of experience in construction scheduling.
Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Understanding of civil sitework or commercial construction sequencing.
Ability to interpret drawings specs and project workflows.
Strong analytical communication and reporting skills.
