Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG) is a not-for-profit physician organization with more than 250 locations and 800 physicians nurse practitioners and physician assistants dedicated to providing quality care in clinics and medical offices throughout North Texas.
What You Will Do:
Coordinates provider schedules including time off and outreach rotations to ensure appropriate coverage for all locations. 25%
Updates and maintains provider schedules in practice management software. 25%
Loads new providers into the scheduling system and ensures appropriate access is granted (access to credentialed locations shift types etc). 10%
Utilizes reporting tools to update maintain and process custom reports from provider scheduling software. 10%
Ensures high standards for customer service and resolves concerns and complaints. 10%
Troubleshoots and corrects routine day-to-day problems related to the provider scheduling system. Works collaboratively with IT as needed to fix problems outside of routine. 5%
Collaborates with provider scheduling vendor to process requests for enhancements to the software. 5%
Communicatees appropriate patient and provider information within the department and across the organization as deemed appropriate based on the patient and organizational needs. 5%
Performs other duties as assigned. 5%

Experience with QGENDA Scheduling Software and previous admin experience with large scale complex Service Lines (with matrix reporting/multiple sites/Multiple clinicians) Pref
