Key Responsibilities:
- Developer and Maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll:
- Create and Optimize Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
- Design and Implement HCM Extracts:
- Build and configure HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations related to payroll.
- Payroll Module Expertise:
- Understand payroll module structures records and configuration for accurate reporting and integration.
- Fine-tune SQL Queries for reporting and extract performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
- Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas development and maintenance.
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
- Solid understanding of payroll data structures and compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize reporting queries.
- Good knowledge of SQL for query tuning and data analysis.
