Job Summary

Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Key Responsibilities:

Developer and Maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll:

Create and Optimize Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.

Design and Implement HCM Extracts:

Build and configure HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations related to payroll.

Payroll Module Expertise:

Understand payroll module structures records and configuration for accurate reporting and integration.

Query Optimization:

Fine-tune SQL Queries for reporting and extract performance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas development and maintenance.
Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
Solid understanding of payroll data structures and compliance requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize reporting queries.
Good knowledge of SQL for query tuning and data analysis.
