Position Summary:
Were looking for a curious and motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst whos eager to learn ask smart questions and help turn business needs into meaningful solutions. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience working with real data real stakeholders and real impact.

What Youll Do:-

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
Support senior analysts in stakeholder meetings and workshops
Analyze data to identify trends gaps and improvement opportunities
Create basic reports dashboards and process flows
Help translate business needs into functional requirements or user stories
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives)
Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Business IT Analytics Finance or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
