Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our team in New Jersey. As a key member of our team you will collaborate with stakeholders drive business growth and deliver insights-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements
Identify process improvements and optimize existing processes
Analyze data and create visualizations using Power BI and Excel
Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to implement solutions

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related field
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Power BI
Must be located in the US (EST/CST Time zone)
