Job Summary

Job Summary:

The System Software Programmer - Project Lead will support the Advanced Molecular Detection (AMD) / Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) project. The position may also provide support for Lab and Disease Surveillance systems and help with CDC Data Modernization Effort. This is a fully remote 12-month contract position with a possibility of extension.

Location:Cayce South Carolina United StatesnWashington District of Columbia United States

Responsibilities:

- Provide system software programming expertise to support the AMD/WGS project.
- Support Lab and Disease Surveillance systems.
- Assist with the CDC Data Modernization Effort.
- Perform project lead duties as required.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Bachelors Degree
- Experienced Non-manager

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Special Considerations:

- Candidates must be comfortable working EST hours.

Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday standard business hours.
- 100% Remote.
