The primary responsibility of this position is tobalanceproduction orders and ready them for back-distribution
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-Planning
Processing of request for quotation and coordination of delivery dates
Release production orders
Ensuring a smooth production process including coordination of the right items in the right amount at the right time in the right place
Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity
Secure the on-time delivery of production
Monitor delivery times and stock levels
Lead the weekly CFM meeting incl. documentation
Control unprocessed material bookings (COGI)
Lead and develop Planning employees
Maintain all relevant production master data likeBOMs andRoutings.
What is required for this role:
- Bachelors Degree in Business management Accounting Chemistry
Or equivalent experience (min 5 years) in production planning.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Be detail orientedand canthink critically.
Demonstratea high levelof integrity professionalism and leadership ability;exhibita high levelof motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
