Tekberry is seeking a Quality Technician II to support quality operations at a client site in Keller TX. This role blends computer-based quality work (approximately 70%) with hands-on inspection activities (approximately 30%) and is ideal for candidates who are highly detail-oriented organized and very comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities Customer Notifications & Quality Investigations

Manage and investigate Customer Notifications (CNs) related to quality issues
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and customer service teams to identify root causes
Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
Maintain accurate records documentation and follow-up communications
Ensure timely responses and resolution updates to customers

Quality Inspections

Perform receiving and in-process inspections to verify product conformance
Use measurement tools and inspection equipment to ensure compliance with specifications
Document inspection results and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
Identify and report non-conformances and support corrective actions

Project Support Baba Project

Support quality activities related to the Baba Project
Monitor and report on quality performance throughout project phases
Assist with process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance quality outcomes

Auditing & Compliance

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Track and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions

Required Qualifications

Education: Associates degree in Science or Engineering
Experience: 3 years in a Quality Manufacturing or Engineering environment
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook (required)
- Comfortable with data entry documentation and quality tracking systems
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally

Work Environment

Combination of office/computer-based work and production/inspection floor activities
Onsite presence required
May involve standing walking and light physical inspection tasks
