Job Summary

Location: Madison WI (mostly onsite with possible remote on certain days)

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Our team is developing world class DXA bone densitometers these medical devices have to be tested before market launch. Looking for a testing resource to provide testing support and to design test and document product development and cost improvement.

Responsibilities

Setup and configure Test Equipment

Perform dry runs and formal Verification activities typically this means executing pre-defined Test Procedures

Verification and validation testing

Execute system test protocols

Update Design Verification Test Procedures

Perform dry runs for formal Usability test activities

Investigate and report issues

Support of bug fixes and issues reported

Post release support for the Application

Support technical issue investigations

Record and close defects found during test activities

Install set up calibrate the BMH devices under test

Suggest improvement opportunities LEAN processes

Process excellence by incorporating industry trends to streamline and improve the processes

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) with minimum of 2 years experience

Experience in Windows 10/11 environment SQL MS Access DOORS/Jama or similar

Medical device testing with minimum of 2 years experience is a must

Work will include verification and validation of the DXA scanner Test result report generation defect analysis in a regulated environment.

The development environment is embedded in nature understanding of both computer hardware and software required.

DXA system DOORS knowledge is highly desired.
