Position: LPN/LVN
Location: Bottineau ND
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Traveler pay package: $1848- $1948/week(Based on Experience
Start Date 02/16/2026
Shift: Nights
Shift Notes: 3*12/Nights/Every other weekend/Holiday rotation coverage
On-Call Requirements: None

Requirements:

2 years of recent LPN LTC/SNF experience
BLS-Required weekend-
ND or Compact License and BLS(AHA) -Required
Drivers License-RequiredDrivers License-Required
Two supervisory references: name Facility Position and Duration of work

Responsibilities:

Observe each resident continuously and be alert to changes in mental and physical well-being; notify the supervisor of pertinent observations and discuss the need to notify the physician; and receive the Resident Status Report from the outgoing shift and give the oncoming shift a detailed report of each residents status and events of the shift.
Accurately receive transcribe and carry out the physicians orders.
Supervise LNAs under licensing requirements under the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. Assign and measure nursing staff resident care consistent with abilities job description and scope of practice and supervise the care given; and assist direct-care staff with nursing care as necessary and as time allows.
Accompany physicians on resident rounds on their assigned unit(s) to address residents medical needs and to facilitate communication during the 60-day review.
