Hiring for a Local Phlebotomist for a Temp to Perm role in Salem MA. For prompt response reach us directly at .

Contract Length: 13 Weeks and a later permanent hire.
Schedule and Shift: 5x8s evenings (Monday to Friday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

Pay package breakdown:

Gross Weekly Pay: $1200 - $1300/week.
W2 Taxable hourly rate: $30 - $32.5/hr (Based on experience).

Job Details and Requirements:

Rotation Requirements: Rotate to weekends and holidays as needed.
EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
Patient Population: Adult and Adolescent patients.
Required Credentials: Active MA Phlebotomist License and Certification in Phlebotomy from an accredited institution.

Job Description:

The on-site Phlebotomist will maintain established department policies and procedures objectives and infection control standards.
Process a variety of specimens in accordance with established protocols.
Data entry into both the hospital and laboratory information systems.
Monitor requests for laboratory testing that have not been processed through the laboratory information system.
Perform quality assurance checks on outpatient requisitions to ensure the correctness of data entry.
