Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Pune

We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Associateto join our team atPropacity. In this role you will help execute and optimizedigital marketing campaigns tailored for the real estate sector focusing onlead generation customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will work closely with senior marketing professionals gaining hands-on experience inpaid media performance tracking and campaign optimization. If you have adata-driven mindset strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns acrossGoogle Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and other paid media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance analyze data and provide insights to optimizeROI and lead quality.
• Conductmarket research and competitor analysisto refine targeting and messaging strategies.
• Work closely withcreative and content teamsto develop engaging ad copies and visuals.
• Utilize web analytics tools to track measure and report onkey performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support senior marketing managers inclient calls reporting and campaign optimizations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field(MBA is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experiencein digital marketing performance marketing or a similar role.
• Experience in thereal estate industryis preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity withGoogle Ads Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
• Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive detail-oriented approach to campaign execution and optimization.
