This involves transforming both datacenter and public cloud environments into integrated secure and agile architectures that support advanced applications data analytics and AI-driven workloadsdelivering the resilience and operational excellencerequiredfor national securityobjectives.

This role atSoftchoice ispart of ourShared Services CanadaHigh-Performance Team(HPT) whichmeans that you will be working alongside and collaboratingcloselywith a team of individuals who are focused onnetwork modernization workplace transformationsecurityandCOTS which includes Microsoftand Ciscotechnologies.This team is led by an AccountDirector andworks closely withan SSC StrategicAdvisor.You will collaborate withSSCpersonnel to understand theiroperationalneeds and technical requirements creating detailed technicalproposalsand solution blueprints.Additionally you willhelp todefine the servicesfor architecting and deployingmodern infrastructuresolutions providing technical leadership and guidance during the sales cycle including transition of solution design and knowledge of the customers needs to the engineering team for implementation.

What you will do:

• Bring a growth mindset and senseof urgency.

• Growand develophybrid ITsolutions andservices that include a mix ofcompute storagenetworkpublic cloudprofessionalservices and/ormanagedservices

• Leverageaninsights-driven salesapproachalong withacurrent knowledge ofdepartmentaland technical trendsto customize solutions forSSCneeds andSSCpartner departmentgoals

• Work in partnership with Account Directors andotherteammembers to engage with SSC and directly early in the sales cycle

• Collaborate withkey governmentpersonnelto understand theirmandatesobjectivesand technical requirements.

• Design and developsolutions tailored to meetdepartmentalrequirements.

• Create detailed technicalpresentationsandsolution blueprints.

• Define the servicesfor deployingthesesolutions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance during the pre-implementationphaseensuring that the services delivery team is fully briefed on the expected project outcomes.

• Participate in assessments and audits of existing infrastructure to ensure solutions you design meet the needs ofgovernment.

• Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Maintain relevant technical certifications in your focused specialization areas.

• Collaboratewithourpartnerfield sales and solution architecture teams.

• Buildandmaintainaccount andmarketpenetration plans on assigned accounts

• Quarterback opportunities from the point of assessing customer needs through closing deals and driving diversification

• Engagepre-sales and internal support to provide outstanding end-to-end service

• Nurture strategic relationships with key partners and vendors

What you bring to the table:

Professional ExperiencewithShared Services Canadaandininfrastructuremodernization:

• 7yearsofexperiencedesigning and implementingtechnology infrastructure solutions

• Extensive experience aligningSSCobjectivesand initiatives with relevant technology requirements.

• Proventrack recordinidentifying developing and drivingthe case for changeinlegacy infrastructure environments including computing storage and networking withindatacenter infrastructure.

• In-depth knowledge of Ciscoand major storage provider solutionsas they pertain to modern infrastructure needs.

• Strongexpertiseinprivate cloud hybrid cloud and public cloud models with experience across Azure AWS Google and Managed Services.

• Adept at building relationships and engaging with customer decision makers involved in infrastructure modernization efforts.

• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels and effectively mobilize stakeholders to achieve critical deliverables.

• Exceptional communication skills especially in conveying complex modern infrastructure concepts

• Creative strategic thinker with a client-focused service approach.

• Relevant certifications are highly desirable and if not currently certified a commitmentto achieving relevant certifications andmaintainingthem as they evolve.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelors degreeorequivalentrelevantexperience.

• Knowledge of MEDDPICCis an asset

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

• TSclearanceis highly desired or eligibility to obtain a clearance(Secret or higher)

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $116000 to $155000.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances annual bonus or commissions etc.) as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
