Job Description

As a Finance Analyst on the Plan to Report Transformation team you will play a key role in advancing the Future of Finance program by enhancing GMs financial planning forecasting and reporting processes. You will support major initiativesincluding OneStream implementation scenario modeling and Finance360to drive efficiency automation and actionable insights. This role requires strong global and crossfunctional collaboration to identify issues improve processes develop business requirements and execute modeling testing and validation throughout the project roadmap.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Serve as a strategic liaison between IT and Finance to strengthen partnerships and optimize planning/reporting platforms such as OneStream and Finance360 ensuring project objectives are achieved

  • Collaborate with finance leaders business units and external consultants to align priorities and drive transformation outcomes

  • Develop and execute testing strategies to assess system functionality address business issues perform rootcause analysis and recommend corrective actions

  • Drive user adoption through targeted training clear communication and ongoing support aligned with transformation goals

  • Operate with a high level of independence initiative and accountability

  • Support the design and execution of integrated forecasting strategies including driverbased planning and contribution margin analysis

  • Champion data quality master data management and governance standard and best practices

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelors Degreeor higher in Finance Accountingor a related technical area.

  • 5 years of experience in FP&A financial systems or transformation roles

  • Experience developing project user stories.

  • Strong expertise in planning processes including shortterm forecasting budgeting LongTerm Planning (LTP) and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) Financial systems and/or EPM platforms (e.g. SAP Hyperion OneStream)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Demonstrated experience leading largescale system implementations and driving change management initiatives

  • Masters degree (MBA or equivalent)

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification

  • Proven experience in process automation and financial systems integration

  • FP&A experience including handson responsibility for LongTerm Planning (LTP)

  • Strong affinity for technology and familiarity with modern analytics tools and techniques

Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the - Global HQ Warren Mi three times per week at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business
