Job Summary

Pacific Fair Gold Coast 8-Week Project 9th Feb Commencement

Were looking for a reliable casual employee to support one of our live projects at Pacific Fair Gold Coast working night shifts over an 8-week period. This role is Monday Friday with potential to change to Sunday Thursday depending on the project requirements. You will tyically work an 7 hour shift.

This role is task-specific and critical to site safety and project deliverables. Youll be responsible for maintaining an exclusion zone overnight ensuring unauthorised people (including cleaners security centre staff or members of the public) do not enter the work area while construction activities are underway.

What youll be doing:

Acting as a spotter for a designated exclusion zone
Monitoring access points during night works
Politely stopping and redirecting unauthorised access
Communicating clearly with site supervisors and security
Remaining alert and focused for the duration of the shift
Supporting overall site safety and compliance

What you need:

White Card (essential)
Current Drivers Licence (essential)
Strong awareness and attention to detail
Ability to remain focused during night shifts
Clear communication skills
Reliable and punctual

Previous construction or site experience is helpful but not essential reliability and awareness are key.
