Role Overview
As aSales Consultant youll be the first point of contact for homebuyers guiding them through a tailored client-first process. Working across premium display home locations youll help customers bring their dream homes to life offering design flexibility practical advice and an outstanding buying experience from first enquiry to signed contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and maintain display homes to an impeccable standard
- Engage customers identify needs and offer tailored home solutions
- Modify and mark up floor plans to match buyer preferences
- Prepare tenders contracts and all supporting documentation
- Prospect and follow up leads through networking referrals and outreach
- Stay informed on planning regulations design trends and competitor activity
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage administrative and CRM duties with accuracy and attention to detail
What You Bring
- Minimum2 years experiencein new-home sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with building processes and council/CDC requirements
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs
- Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences
- Flexibility to work weekends and beyond standard hours when needed
