Youll support the smooth delivery of professional exams by preparing exam rooms registering candidates communicating exam procedures and supervising exam sessions. Youll maintain a calm focused presence throughout each exam observe and report any issues and complete required documentation in line with established procedures.

• Reliable detail-focused and comfortable following set procedures

• Calm professional communicator with strong customer service skills

• Flexible with availability including occasional weekends and confident using basic computer systems

Flexible availability is important as shifts are rostered between 8:00am and 5:30pm with occasional evening and weekend work.
