Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate survey planning schedules processing and project administration.
Preparation of proposals.
Record research preparation of surveys legal descriptions plan interpretation and construction staking computations.
Train staff in the proper use of equipment and field techniques.
Provide client/contractor interaction in a positive professional manner.
Work as part of a team to deliver successful projects.
Effective communicator.
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin.
Minimum of 5 years experience.
Working knowledge of field survey equipment including Robotic Total Stations and GPS.
Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d.
Strong communication organization analytical and interpersonal skills.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel out of town.
Knowledge of topographic construction boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
Salary Information:
$90000-$130000 based on qualifications.
