Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Service consultant to support endtoend service delivery for SAP CS Service Management. You will drive solution design configuration testing and golive for service notifications service orders inhouse repair onsite service contracts quotations pricing and integration topics. The role includes close collaboration with SD/MM/LE/FICO.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure core CS/Service scenarios: Service Notifications Service Orders Repairs (inhouse & onsite) Service Contracts Service Quotations Installed Base/Equipment ResourceRelated Billing (RRB)
- Lead crossmodule integration with SD (ordertocash billing PGI) MM/LE (spares logistics) and FICO (settlement cost tracking); ensure seamless data and document flow endtoend.
- Author solution documentation functional specs test cases training materials; run workshops and user training.
Required Expertise
- strong expertise in SAP CS
- Ability to work Handson SAP CS
- Capability to read and understand ABAP code
- Knowledge in Master Data & Technical Objects
- Integration proficiency: CS/Service with SD/MM/LE/FICO;
- Repair & Replacement flows: returns refurbishment/scrap warranty coordination cost tracking and final invoicing.
- Plant Maintenance (PM) exposure and CSPM interplay (nice to have but valued).
- solid documentation and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- 8 years in SAP CS
- Degree in Business Engineering IT or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills; capable of leading workshops and guiding client stakeholders.
- Certifications (nice to have): SAP PM/CS; SAP S/4HANA Service; SAP CX Service Cloud exposure.
