Responsibilities
Set up install and configure workstations laptops printers and mobile devices
Perform physical repairs or replacements of faulty hardware components
Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral issues (e.g. monitors docking stations printers)
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of IT equipment
Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone email or ticketing systems
Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and targeted questions
Resolve hardware and software issues or escalate to higher support tiers
Install configure and maintain computers printers phones and other devices
Assist with network connectivity problems and basic access issues
Participate in IT projects like system upgrades or migrations
Requirements
Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is essential.
Good understanding of Windows 11 macOS network and infrastructure concepts
Basic knowledge of Active Directory Entra ID would be a plus
Prior experience with ticketing systems like FreshService is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.
