Work Student IT Service Desk Administration (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Set up install and configure workstations laptops printers and mobile devices

• Perform physical repairs or replacements of faulty hardware components

• Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral issues (e.g. monitors docking stations printers)

• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of IT equipment

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone email or ticketing systems

• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and targeted questions

• Resolve hardware and software issues or escalate to higher support tiers

• Install configure and maintain computers printers phones and other devices

• Assist with network connectivity problems and basic access issues

• Participate in IT projects like system upgrades or migrations

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is essential.

• Good understanding of Windows 11 macOS network and infrastructure concepts

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory Entra ID would be a plus

• Prior experience with ticketing systems like FreshService is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • 1566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • 1253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • 1400 for a full-time internship position
