| | You will be the key interface between Tata Chemicals and global customers managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for domestic and export portfolios. The role involves close collaboration with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Finance teams to ensure service excellence. | |

| | **Key Responsibilities:** | |
| | |
| | * Manage complete order lifecycle in SAP (order entry to invoicing) | |
| | * Act as primary contact for domestic/export customers | |
| | * Coordinate with Planning Logistics & Distribution for on-time delivery | |
| | * Handle customer onboarding pricing contracts & master data | |
| | * Manage export documentation & compliance | |
| | * Resolve customer queries complaints & escalations | |
| | * Support Sales MIS Salesforce admin & Finance month-end activities | |
| | * Drive customer feedback and service improvement initiatives | |
| | |

| | **Experience & Qualifications:** | |
| | |
| | * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience | |
| | * 4–7 years in Customer Service / Sales Operations | |
| | |
| | * Specialist: 4–5 years | |
| | * Senior Specialist: 6–7 years | |
| | * B2B manufacturing experience (Chemical industry preferred) | |
| | * Strong SAP Order Management & Billing exposure | |
| | * Export documentation knowledge (for export roles) | |
| | * Salesforce knowledge is a plus | |
| | * Excellent English communication skills | |
| | * Willingness to work global shifts | |
