Job Summary

Job Description – Chief Production Officer (CPO)

The Chief Production Officer will lead end-to-end production operations ensuring high-quality content delivery operational efficiency cost control and timely project execution across all production formats.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete production lifecycle from planning to delivery.

Develop production strategy and optimize workflows.

Manage budgets timelines and resource allocation.

Lead production teams and external vendors.

Ensure quality standards compliance and safety protocols.

Coordinate with creative marketing and leadership teams.

Drive adoption of new production technologies and tools.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and project management skills

Budgeting and cost control expertise

Knowledge of studio operations and post-production workflows

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Media/Film/Management or related field.

10 years of experience in production/media industry.

4 years in a senior leadership role preferred.

Reporting To

CEO / Managing Director / Executive Leadership
