Axiom Staffing Group is seeking to fill the position of a Bilingual Production Line Lead located in Winchester VA. The Bilingual Production Line Lead oversees daily production activities to ensure efficiency quality and food safety compliance. This role leads production staff supports equipment setup and ensures GMP and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Prepare production line for daily operations
Conduct pre-op and equipment inspections
Monitor quality GMPs and CCPs
Assist with setup and minor machine troubleshooting
Train and oversee team members (2025 employees)
Ensure accurate documentation and sanitation at shift end
Report issues to Production Manager
Work a standard schedule of MondayThursday with shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM; Fridays as required
During peak season maintain availability for a MondaySaturday schedule with shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM
Compensation ranges from $22.00$26.00 per hour based on experience

Requirements:

Must be bilingual English/Spanish
Two years of previous line lead or supervisory experience required
Food manufacturing and food safety training a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
