Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution strategies

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
-
Define data models integration patterns and security architecture
-
Lead Salesforce implementations upgrades and migrations
-
Establish coding standards best practices and governance models
-
Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware
-
Ensure performance scalability and system reliability
-
Mentor developers and review technical designs and code
-
Collaborate with stakeholders product owners and leadership teams
Required Skills & Experience
-
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture
-
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and custom applications
-
Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce
-
Experience with Salesforce security model (roles profiles permission sets)
-
Strong understanding of data modeling sharing rules and governor limits
-
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
-
Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD Salesforce DX Git)
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud or CPQ
-
Knowledge of MuleSoft or other middleware tools
-
Experience with Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics

Exposure to multi-org or large-enterprise implementations

Agile / Scrum experience
